I’m a zealous practicing artist and a dedicated educator who believes in supporting the whole student. As far back as my childhood, I have taught art in a range of roles for multiple settings: leading camps, offering private lessons, teaching online courses, and working in the classroom. For the past five years, I developed and carried out all of the educational programming at The Zillman Art Museum (formerly The University of Maine Museum of Art), for kindergartners to retirees. I am comfortable teaching art in a variety of settings with a full range of ages and ability levels.
I am confident that my professional experience in Art Education coupled with my personal fine art practice provides the knowledge and skill set needed to serve your child’s educational needs. Private one-on-one art lessons and tutoring-
$60/hour (1 hour minimum) +materials & travel fees
Includes introductory conversation with parent and student regarding special needs, areas of focus and desired medium investigation.
Full-day workshop/classroom visit -
$300/day +materials & travel fees
Customizable workshops for classrooms and groups. Will travel within 70 miles of Bangor, Maine.
